When we started Funtash Technologies, we were very clear about a set of core values that we agreed to uphold in the face of all resistance and opposition. Here are the ones we started with:
Today, a tweet pointed me to this blog post which made me realize that there is a hidden core value which has always been there although we never explicitly mentioned it. That core value is Trust. Funtash Technologies was started by a close group of people who completely trusted each others’ capability, integrity and intentions. This was there when we were less than 10 people. Today we are more than 500 and of course we have many more processes but mutual trust is still an overarching feature of our organization. I strongly believe that nothing has contributed to our growth and success more than trust and I have no doubts that it will be required to take us to the next level.
